Last Jar - Eggplant Kasundi

Made with eggplant and capsicum from our mates down at Tomtit Farm in the Waikato. This chutney is aromatic and gently spiced. It is great paired with eggs, a curry, rice dishes or grilled meat. We like ours in a bap with pakora and a fried egg.
