7-10 broccoletto florets (Broccoli Rabe)
1 Tsp sesame seed oil
3-4 garlic cloves
season with salt and pepper
1/3 cup of toasted walnuts
1/2 block of feta cheese
Steam broccoletto florets and garlic with sesame seed oil season with salt and pepper.
Pop everything into your food processor and blend until chunky.
1 cup of vegetable stock
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
Pour contents into a pot, add stock and almond milk. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with toasted bread, walnuts and feta crumbs.
